| AML | Anti-Money Laundering — the regulatory controls and internal procedures applied by ar999h to detect, prevent and report suspicious financial activity. |

To register and maintain an active account on ar999h, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
Each User may hold one account only. Duplicate, shared or linked accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances generated through the duplicate accounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. ar999h is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to protect your login details.
Before processing withdrawals or upon reasonable suspicion of identity issues, ar999h may require you to submit the following documentation through the platform's secure HTTPS verification portal:
ar999h reserves the right to temporarily restrict account functionality — including deposit, withdrawal and betting access — while a KYC review is in progress. Where KYC cannot be completed to a satisfactory standard within a reasonable period, the account may be permanently closed and any remaining real-money balance returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to verification.
The ar999h platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You may access the platform, place bets on available markets and participate in promotions, subject to these Terms, applicable law and any additional product-specific rules published on the platform.

ar999h makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. Bets already placed and confirmed prior to any interruption will be honoured in accordance with the betting rules applicable at the time of placement.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection and software meet the technical requirements for accessing the platform. ar999h is not responsible for losses arising from connectivity failures, device malfunctions or incompatible browser configurations on the User's side.
Available deposit methods are displayed in the cashier section of your account. Methods may include familiar Pakistani payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers (including banks such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah), subject to availability, your KYC status and the operator's current cashier configuration.
Deposits may be processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR/Rs) where the operator's payment configuration supports this. Where currency conversion is required, the exchange rate applied will be the rate current at the time of the transaction. ar999h is not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms, the following general wagering conditions apply:
Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion's specific terms (typically 7–30 days from activation). Upon expiry, any uncleared bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account balance.
ar999h reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings, and to close the relevant account, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting software errors, coordinating with other Users, or placing offsetting bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine play intent.
All bets are subject to acceptance by ar999h at its absolute discretion. The platform reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet without providing a reason. Bets are not confirmed until an acceptance confirmation is displayed on screen and the stake has been deducted from the account balance.
In the event of a manifest pricing error, system error or technical malfunction that results in an incorrectly displayed price or outcome, ar999h reserves the right to void affected bets. Users will be notified and stakes refunded to the account balance. ar999h is not liable for losses resulting from User error in bet placement.
In-play/live betting markets are available on selected sports including Pakistan cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments), football and UFC events. Live odds may be suspended or closed without notice during critical match moments. Bets placed before a suspension is confirmed will stand; bets submitted during a suspension period will be voided and stakes refunded.
All casino games, live dealer tables and slot machines are operated in accordance with the rules displayed within each game. RTP (Return to Player) percentages, where displayed, are theoretical long-run figures and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. The house edge applies to all casino products.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, reverse-engineer, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written permission from ar999h.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ar999h and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

ar999h provides the platform and all information on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
You may close your account at any time by contacting ar999h support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of all applicable KYC and AML checks and the fulfilment of any outstanding wagering requirements. Bonus-only balances are not withdrawable upon account closure.
ar999h reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, ar999h may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed and the closure is administrative in nature, verified real-money balances will be returned to the User.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ar999h holds its operating license, as specified in the operator's licensing documentation. Nothing in this clause shall affect any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between you and ar999h, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through ar999h's internal complaints process. You may submit a complaint to [email protected] with full details of your concern. ar999h will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within a reasonable period.
If an internal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body, as specified in the operator's licensing terms.
ar999h reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ar999h will provide reasonable notice to registered Users — which may include a prominent notice on the platform, an account notification, or direct communication to your registered email address.
The version of these Terms in force at the time you place a bet or access a platform feature governs that activity. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account as set out in Section 15.1.
